Matcha is pure green tea leaf ground into a powder. It is rich in nutrients, antioxidants, fiber, chlorophyll, and sugar-free. It has 10x the antioxidants that you would get from one cup of leaf brewed green tea. Since you are consuming the whole leaf you will get more Caffeine and more of the natural amino acid L-Theanine. This gives you a nice gradual Caffeine “pick me up”, but in a relaxed state. Add a scoop to your smoothies or make it a Latte.
Add to Blender 1 cup ice
1/2 teaspoon ZenTea Matcha Powder
1 cup vanilla soy milk (almond or coconut milk)
1 teaspoon agave or honey
Blend, serve, and enjoy!
Add to Cup 1/2 teaspoon ZenTea Matcha Powder
1 cup hot water (170 degrees)
Gradually add water to powder and
stir with bamboo whisk or hand-held frother
Add 1 teaspoon agave or honey
Top with frothed vanilla soy milk
