Black tea infused with bergamot oil made from a mediterranean fruit. A strong tea for breakfast or brunch, light fish or poultry, salads with citrus dressings and tart desserts.
Serve chilled in a Gin Martini with Lemon Juice.
Serve Hot as a latte with frothed milk and sweetner or make it a London Fog Latte by adding a pinch of lavender petals in the tea before steeping.
